  Deposit & Cancellation Policy
  For online reservations made through the hotel’s official website, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required in accordance with Taiwan’s regulations governing hotel accommodation contracts.
  If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation charges will apply to the prepaid deposit:
  Cancellation on the check-in date: 100% of the deposit
  1 day before check-in: 80% of the deposit
  2–3 days before check-in: 70% of the deposit
  4–6 days before check-in: 60% of the deposit
  7–9 days before check-in: 50% of the deposit
  10–13 days before check-in: 30% of the deposit
  14 days or more before check-in: No cancellation charge
